Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes - Fishing

You can start the fishing mini-game as soon as you reach Eltisweiss and you need to recruit party members for story progression.

While at Fort Xialuke in Grum County, head north and through the gates to get back to the initial region of the game. Technically this is the "northern" part of Grum County. Enter Arenside reach the bridge on the southwestern side of the town, and talk to the old man down here to receive the Bamboo Rod.
