Alright. Facilities will be your main grind point for this game. There are 39 of them. Each can be leveled up to level 5 and when you do, most of them will allow you to fabricate different and stronger equipment/tools.

The best and easiest way to level up a facility is to do big orders (the biggest number of likes when you select a standard mission), or simply by doing miscellaneous type of missions. Those are usually the ones that send you to MULE camp or for some pickup. If you combine that with Premium type of delivery, it will easily grant you 200-600 likes which is enough for one level up. Always aim to get rank S on Hard difficulty and combine that with getting that rank in 20 standard missions of each type ( 4x 20 = 80 in total).

Next advice is to build roads across all the Central region and set Ziplines so you can easily reach and deliver. All the big facilities along the main road have big ass missions, like carrying a ton of materials, those will level you up very fast and raise those facilities to max in no time. You will need a truck and a road, no one will bother you and you will shorten your time by far.

Last advice - finish the game first. If some facility is stuck, be sure to scan area around that facility, pick up Lost Cargo meant for that one and try sleeping in private rooms to get emails. YOU NEED TO READ all emails, they will unlock Memory Chips and make facilities progress. When you do a mission for some facility and that one is stuck, rest few times and get all emails you can. You can combine that with doing other deliveries and more emails will come. That will shorted time and how much missions you need to do for stuck facilities.

To check what you miss, Options -> Bridge Links -> Social (NPCs) and check which NPC does not have "UCA". Those you need to level up to join the network. On level 1 it show "Bridges" meaning you need to raise level to fully join the network (which is required for trophy as well).
Also, tilt R3 on the map and you can see black area where you don't have facility online.
