Code Vein - NPC Quests

This is completely optional but required chore if you hunt for trophies. Some NPC Quests will give you Depth Maps, so you will have to finish them. Usualy after each area and boss, new part of quest unlocks. If you can't access some NPC Quest Parts, you need to play and finish more areas and progress the story. It's easy to track those as they show on map, both location and solutions.

Daryl Quest
First Location - Ruined City Center - Parking Garage Mistle Mistle
Available: After you kill boss in Ruined City Center
All the way south from the mistle (down the ladder and just go south, follow the marker, he is near entrance to Howling Pit). Teleport or go to Howling Pit Entrance Mistle in Howling Pit and bring him back item you find there.

Second Location - Howling Pit - Howling Pit Entrance Mistle
Available: After beating Howling Pit boss (i started this after Cathedral of the sacred blood area)
Just north from him in same area, find and bring him Dog Tag with Ring back.

Final Location - Howling Pit - Howling Pit Entrance Mistle
Available: After Crypt Spire boss
Target this time is enemy a bit north, you can teleport to Hill of Deception Mistle to find it quicker. Return back to him afterwards.

Rewards are just experience and really nothing worth mentioning.

Dominic Quest
First and final Location - Provisional Government Center - Provisional Government Center Entrance Mistle
Available: When you enter Provisional Government Center
Find him closely after first mistle (follow the marker on the map). You need to find 3 documents marked on the map inside of this dungeon. Find them, return back to him for finalizing the quest.

Lyle Quest
First Location - Crypt Spire - Crypt Spire Entrance Mistle
Available: When you first enter this location.
Long way from first mistle, in one of the rooms you can find him lying on the floor next to a wall. You will notice marker on the map. Defeat some enemies that will come and talk to him to finish the quest.

Final Location - Crypt Spire - Crypt Spire Entrance Mistle
Available: After Crypt Spire boss
Talk to him after clearing Crypt Spire bosses for some final conversations.

Matthew Quest
First Location - Ruined City Center - City Center Entrance Mistle
Available: After you kill boss in Ruined City Center
Close to mistle, you can find him sitting. Simply kill marked enemy close to him and return.

Second Location - Ruined City Center - Parking Garage Mistle
Available: After you kill boss in Ruined City Center (i started this after Cathedral of the sacred blood area)
He sits on stairs just through the shortcut door close to mistle. Bring him back what he needs (marked on the map) to finish second part.

Third Location - Howling Pit - Bottomless Shore Mistle
Available: After beating Howling Pit boss (i started this after Cathedral of the sacred blood area)
Just kill some enemy north from him and return to him.

Final Location - Crown of Sand - Crown of Sand Entrance Mistle
Available: After Crown of Sand boss
Beat monster north from him marked on the map and return to him.

Gustav Quest
First Location - Dried-Up Trenches - Dried-Up Trenches Entrance Mistle
Available: After beating Dried-up Trenches boss (i started this after Cathedral of the sacred blood area)
Find him close to Mistle, talk to him and you will need to gather some evidence. Find one in Ruined City Center – Parking Garage mistle, second in Cathedral of the Sacred Blood – Outlook Tower mistle and last one in Ridge of Frozen Souls – Observatory Site misle. Just follow the marker on the map. Return back to him when you find all 3.

Second Location - Ashen Cavern - Accumulator Ruins Mistle
Available: After Ashen Cavern boss
Find him close to Mistle, talk to him and he will give you Arachnid Grotto Depths Map. Go to Home Base, enter the map by talking to Davis, find last document in this map, return back to Gustav to finish.

Richard Quest
First Location - Howling Pits - Halls of Deception Mistle
Available: After beating Howling Pit boss (i started this after Cathedral of the sacred blood area)
Find him close to Mistle, talk to him and find his sleeping bag (follow marker on the map). Return back to finish the quest.

Second Location - Ridge of Frozen Souls - Ridge of Frozen Souls Entrance Mistle
Available: After Ridge of Frozen Souls boss
To reach Richard follow the path up and as soon as you can drop down (where one Vestige is) the ledge on some platforms, do so. Follow the only path to find him, talk to him and solve the marked location on the map. Return back to finish the quest.

Final Location - Ruined City Underground - Natural Cavern Depths Mistle
Available: After Ashen Cavern boss
Richard is just to the south of mistle. He will ask you to get rid of some Lost. Do so, return to him. You can now teleport to some other area, back to Ruined City Underground and talk to him to finish the quest completely. He will reward you with Rocky Ruins Depths Map.

NOTE:
If you did Self-Important Revenant Quest first, you will need to check on Self-Important Revenant at Ruined City Center - Poisonous Butterfly Nest Mistle, talk to him, and then try the last step for Richard. Thx Qrow for the tip! I did this last part after Crypt Spire boss.

Self-Important Revenant Quest
To start his questline complete the Ruined City Center and beat the Butterfly of Delirium boss in Ruined City Center.

First Location - Ruined City Center - Parking Garage Mistle
Find him close to Mistle, talk to him and get rid of Lost marked on the map (Park Ruins Mistle). Return back to him to complete the quest.

Second Location - Dried-Up Trenches - Decayed Ship Interior Mistle
Available: After Ridge of Frozen Souls boss
Find him close to Mistle, talk to him to get Cliffs of Rust Depths map. You need to enter the map at Home Base (Talk to Davis), and find the marked Lost there. Kill it, return to him to finish the quest.

Final Location - Ruined City Center - Poisonous Butterfly Nest Mistle
Available: After City of Falling Flame boss
Find him close to Mistle, talk to him and now you need to find activate Mistle item. You can find it in Memories area, the one you enter from Cathedral of Sacred Blood:

Or if you already went there, go to Memories of {insert your name here} - Research Facility Area Mistle, return to camp and find item there (Mistle Agent). Return back to finish the quest.

Teleport somewhere else, then back to this Poisonous Butterfly Nest Mistle and talk to him again so you can proceed with Richard's quest part where he gives you a map. I did this part after Crown of Sand boss.

Shang Quest
First Location - Ruined City Underground - Outer Crossroads Mistle
After beating Oliver (first game boss), talk to Shang next to mistle. He is always here. He will give you Den of Darkness Depths map. Return to Home Base and talk with Davis. Find item in Den of Darknes and return to Shang to finish.

Second Location - Ruined City Underground - Outer Crossroads Mistle
Return back to Shang afterwards (you can teleport somewhere else and back here, or defeat next boss if you can't initiate next part of quest). This way you can progress as you go. This time around you need to defeat some enemies and by doing that you will finish the second part of this questline.

Second Location - Ruined City Underground - Outer Crossroads Mistle
After defeating Cathedral of the Sacred Blood boss (Successor of the Ribcage), talk to Shang to get Swirling Flood Depths map. Defeat marked Lost, collect needed item and return to Shang.

Final Location - Ruined City Underground - Outer Crossroads Mistle
After defeating Ridge of Frozen Souls boss (Successor of the Breath), talk to Shang to get Silent White Depths map. Enter, follow the marker and return to Shang.

Sophie Quest
First Location - Cathedral of the Sacred Blood - Crypt of the Ribcage Mistle
After defeating successor there, talk to her, pick up item from successor if you did not restored him, or if you did just talk to him to get it. Return back to Sophie to give her item.

Second Location - Ridge of the Frozen Souls - Crypt of the Breath
Same as first request, after successor boss talk to her, bring her item from successor.

Third Location - Ashen Cavern - Accumulator Ruins
Start this after City of Falling Flame boss. Make your way to next area and on top of stairt you can find her. Just talk to her. Bring her back item from City of Falling Flame - Back Alley Mistle, from successor as well

Final Location - Cathedral of the Sacred Blood - Crypt of the Ribcage Mistle
Available: After Crypt Spire boss
Just talk to her, she will give you some dialogue and thats it.
